Our specifications are set by the National Association of Meat Purveyors, yet we remain flexible enough to meet your own custom specifications. Custom Cuts of chops, steaks, and other portion cuts are also available—from America’s finest beef, pork, lamb, veal and poultry operations. Salads are made fresh daily. Seasonings and bases are packaged in small quantities to ensure freshness. We are constantly refining and adding new products to our product lines.
