The Lindsay Family is garnished in rich, savory tradition, serving southeastern Wisconsin with only the finest cuts of meats and the freshest salads since 1936—when Wilford C. Lindsay moved from Illinois to open the Lindsay Meat Market.

In 1980, son Gary C. Lindsay, along with his wife Darlene, organized Lindsay Foods, Inc., as a wholesale supplier of meats and salads to the area’s finer eating establishments.  A tradition that, today, is inspected by the USDA for highest processing standards and includes complementary selections of the highest quality products.

Now in our third generation our customers have come to expect only the best from Lindsay Foods.  Order all of your center-of-the-plate items from Lindsay's and rest assured that you will be serving only the highest quality in your establishment.

From steaks and chops to custom cut chicken breast and ground beef you can get it all from Lindsay's.  Our steaks and chops are standard cut to NAMP specs or custom customer specs.  Our fresh custom cut chicken breast is hand cut and completely trimmed - no fat or cartilage on these babies.

Our ground beef is a custom blend taste tested to beat any Black Angus or Hereford burger.  All product purchased for grinding is tested for e.coli 0157:H7.  Product is held by our suppliers until the results are obtained to certify the sample was free of e.coli 0157:H7.  Just another attempt to produce only the highest quality products.
